My husband and I have been to the store many times trying to find just the right flooring. We dealt solely with Marc Kerr. This soft spoken gentleman has the patience of a saint. We never felt rushed, he answered all our questions both in person and over the telephone. We brought home sample after sample and Marc was incredible. For installation we had Jessie, Hank and Frank. Jessie was the lead and all went so smoothly. The installation was just beautiful and these gentlemen took there time to make sure everything was perfect!! We recently purchased carpeting for a stairway in our house. Harry Katz has an incredible selection of carpeting. Their sales people and carpet installers are top shelf and are so responsive, accommodating, and professional. The installers did a wonderful job carpeting the stairway and were so respectful and careful so as not to damage the adjacent walls and paint so no touch ups were necessary. We look forward to the next purchase.

The woman in the office was very courteous and helped us change our delivery date. She kept us informed about delivery. The installers worked quickly but very carefully. The leading installer was very nice and helpful when we needed to move furniture around after the installation. They checked with us to be sure it was the right carpet and they vacuumed. From our first visit to the showroom with Cyndy and Rick’s help, to the measuring with Dennis, and installation/refinishing with Chris and his crew, we were so impressed with your professionalism and craftsmanship!
The entire process to refinish all the floors in our home took only one week, and we immediately knew we were in good hands. The crew was neat and careful, and we had daily updates provided by Dennis and Chris. Upon entering our home after the work was completed, we were in awe of the beautiful floors as the character of our almost 100-year-old home was revealed.
Our children were especially excited to watch some of the work. They were just as surprised with the new floors and even affectionately remind each other to “take off your shoes” when they enter the house!

The installation of full-height porcelain tile backsplashes in our kitchen presented challenges. The shipment of the beautiful but delicate, large-format tile which we selected resulted in breakage of the material on more than one occasion.
